Magnetic field predetermined point technology
Leave a message
The principle of cable fault magnetic field predetermined point technology is to use a high-voltage DC pulse generator to generate an arc at the fault point of the cable, and inject an audio signal into the cable during the existence of the arc. This audio signal was shorted by an arc at the point of cable failure and will no longer propagate to the cable terminal. A dedicated receiver is used to receive audio electromagnetic wave signals radiated by cables. By comparing the amplitude changes of audio electromagnetic waves before and after the fault point, it is determined that the receiver is located before or after the fault point, thereby achieving the goal of quickly predetermined points.
The cable fault magnetic field predetermined point technology is a relatively new method of fault location, with a relatively short time for the concept to be proposed and the development and use of instruments. After the predetermined fault point, we still need to accurately locate the fault point before we can excavate.
