Description
The instrument uses two columns in parallel shunt system. Equipped with TCD and double FID and methane reformer, one sample injection can achieve full analysis of seven components of the oil dissolved gas (H2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, CO, CO2), if necessary can do full analysis of nine components (H2, O2, N2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, CO, CO2) .

Technique parameters

(4) Basic operation requirements of thermal conductivity detector (TCD).
①Before starting the machine, the carrier gas shall be filled for 30min and the flow shall be 50ml / min, and then the machine shall be started for heating.
②Flow correction, flow deviation at two outlets ≤ 1%.
③Set the bridge flow value according to the analysis requirements.
④When nitrogen is used as carrier gas, the bridge flow should be appropriately reduced compared with that of hydrogen.
(5) ECD required gas source for Nitrogen: 99.999%
The deoxidizer pipe shall be installed. Before starting the machine, the carrier gas shall be connected for 2 hours with a flow of 80ml / min, and then the machine shall be started for heating.
Special tips: first pass nitrogen, and then start heating!
