Transformer short-circuit impedance tester is a new generation of transformer parameter tester independently developed by our company. an instrument for measuring low voltage short circuit impedance of main transformers of 35kv class or above under field and laboratory conditions. the instrument is exquisite in design superior in performance and powerful in function. it adopts the latest single chip computer testing technology at home and abroad and advanced a/d synchronous ac sampling and digital signal processing technology to measure data accurately. it uses large-screen color liquid crystal display chinese menu prompt simple in operation equipped with high-speed thermal printer and has storage function designed to facilitate data storage and processing. print; saved data can be transferred to the computer through usb. the instrument is small in size light in weight easy to carry and extremely convenient to use in the field which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the test personnel and improves the work efficiency.

The input parameters of the transformer can be tested in one or three phases and the dynamic stability state parameters (zke zk xk lk) of the transformer windings can be calculated automatically. the test results are very intuitive. it is a fast test instrument for measuring the transformer winding deformation in the field.

 

Product characteristics

1. Measurement of three-phase short-circuit impedance:

Display three-phase voltage three-phase current three-phase power; three-phase short-circuit impedance (ZK) three-phase short-circuit reactance (XK) three-phase short-circuit inductance (LK) three-phase short-circuit impedance voltage (ZKE) automatically calculate the percentage of impedance voltage converted to rated temperature rated current and the percentage of error with nameplate impedance. It can be used to check single-phase defect of three-phase transformer. The instrument can record three single-phase measurement data and calculate the percentage error of impedance voltage and impedance voltage of transformer according to different connection of transformer. The results of three-phase short-circuit impedance calculation can be displayed after three single-phase tests.

The automatic conversion of test results can improve the comparability of test data by frequency correction temperature conversion and current conversion.

 

2. Measurement of single-phase short-circuit impedance:

In addition to measuring the short-circuit impedance of single-phase transformer and the percentage of error with nameplate impedance the impedance reactance resistance and inductance of transformer are also measured to facilitate user data comparison.

 

3. Measurement of zero sequence impedance:

Zero-sequence impedance measurement is suitable for transformers with neutral point in high voltage side star connection. The instrument can record zero-sequence impedance zero-sequence reactance zero-sequence inductance impedance angle and zero-sequence resistance.

 

4. Load loss test:

It has the function of low voltage equivalent load test of three-phase transformer and compares the change and symmetry of load current load loss of each single phase to judge the performance of transformer.

 

5. No-load loss test:

It has the function of low voltage no-load test of three-phase transformer. By analyzing and comparing the no-load loss of each phase the distribution of no-load loss in each phase iron core is observed whether there are local defects in winding and core magnetic circuit is found and whether the core structure of transformer is loose is judged. It is an assistant method to judge whether a product is qualified or not and also an effective method to find out faults.

 

6. In the allowable measuring range of the instrument it can be directly measured and outside the measuring range it can be connected with an external voltage transformer. The instrument can set the ratio of the external voltage transformer and display the applied voltage value directly.

8. The instrument has 232 interfaces and can be extended.

 

9. The instrument has its own printer which can print and display data.

 

10. Built-in non-power-off memory can store 160 sets of measurement data.
