Features of a large screen LCD cable fault tester controlled by a microcontroller
Leave a message
(1) High reliability: Due to the fixed software of the flash tester, there will be no software faults. In case of operational errors, it can be reset and restarted, and the entire process only takes a few seconds.
(2) Fast testing: A microcontroller controlled flash tester with DC power supply can complete the testing of cable length and transmission speed, cable short circuit faults, and cable disconnection faults within a few minutes upon arrival on site.
(3) Low failure rate: Because it is a specialized testing instrument and will not be used for other purposes, the microcontroller controlled flash tester is less likely to malfunction, which is very necessary for cable maintenance users.
The disadvantage of a microcontroller controlled flash tester is its small data storage capacity. Generally, only two sets of waveforms are stored, but for instrument users, comparing two sets of waveforms on the same screen (i.e. comparing the full length test waveform using the good phase low-voltage pulse method and the fault phase high-voltage flash method) is sufficient.
